If you contact ideaphore, we may keep a record of your text, video, or voice communications with ideaphore to improve our customer service and to ensure that your dispute is handled with due care by our employees.

Site Use Statistics

As an automatic process, our Web server software records a log file of Your device information, browser information, your Internet protocol address, the pages You visit, the buttons You click, and errors You encounter.

Internet Protocol Address

ideaphore does not link IP addresses to Users' Anonymous Information. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a User when we, in our sole discretion, determine that it is feasible and necessary to comply with a court order or to enforce compliance with our Terms of Use or to protect our service, Site, Users, or others.

What we Do with the Information we Collect

Personal Information

We do NOT rent or sell our Users' Personal Information to third parties. You agree that we can give your Personal Information to Campaign Organizers when doing so is necessary for you to receive a Reward. We will ask for your authorization before sharing any of Your Personal Information with a third party service provider such as linkedIn, Dwolla, PayPal or a contest Sponsor. We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information if required by law or court order. We reserve the right to disclose Your Personal Information only to proper authorities if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it is necessary to protect our legal rights or respond to a threat that poses imminent danger to a person.

Anonymous Information

ideaphore uses the information gathered from Your use of the Site to make the Site better for our users. If we use statistics about Your activity, we will do so using Anonymous Information only. We may disclose, sell, or rent statistics based on Anonymous Information to third parties.
